Our Commitment To You As Patient

As a courtesy to you and other Patients, we will try to stay on time! Administration and observations do take up some time, therefore we encourage our patients to arrive early .

As a physician in Melomed Bellville, Dr Roelofse forms part of the 24hour Trauma Roster, and there may be occasions when your appointment runs a few minutes late due to emergencies. We will always try to keep you informed of such delays, and if required, reschedule your appointment.

We ask that you respect the appointment that was reserved for you, and call ahead 24hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule. Other patients might be waiting for an earlier appointment!

TIP: Communication with the Physician is critically important. Please make a list of concerns and questions, before your appointment with Dr Roelofse. Include a list of your medication. This will enable you to address all of your concerns with Dr Roelofse during your appointment! Remember: Our Goal is to improve Your Health!
